OR MOISTURIZING LOTION is a lightweight, non-greasy formula designed to deliver intense hydration while maintaining a shine-free finish. Enriched with Hyaluronic Acid, Ceramides, and Glycerin, it works to deeply moisturize and strengthen the skin's natural barrier.

Infused with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E, this soothing blend helps calm irritated skin while protecting against environmental stressors. Broad-spectrum UV filters provide light sun protection, making it ideal for daily use. Suitable for dry to normal skin types, it leaves skin feeling soft, plump, and refreshed without clogging pores or feeling heavy.

• Apply to clean, damp skin after using a gentle face wash.
• Use morning and evening to lock in hydration and maintain skin balance.
• For daytime use, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 40 or higher over the moisturizer for added sun protection.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product is not a part of our non-returnable items list (see below).

You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Request a Return
Email us at support@elor.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and we receive the product in acceptable condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
