• Wash your face 
• Take a small, pea-sized amount of the Retinol Serum on your fingertips.
• Gently apply it to your face and neck, avoiding the eyes.
• Let it absorb fully into your skin before using any moisturizer.
• Use it once every night. If you're new to retinol, start by using it every other night, then slowly use it daily as your skin gets used to it.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product is not a part of our non-returnable items list (see below).

You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Request a Return
Email us at support@elor.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and we receive the product in acceptable condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
