How to Use:

• Cleanse: Wash and towel-dry your hair and scalp.
• Apply: 2 to 3 full droppers to the scalp and gently massage until fully absorbed.
• Leave In: No need to rinse. Let it absorb completely preferably leave overnight.
• Frequency: Use once daily, especially overnight for best results.

Precautions & Storage:

• Perform a patch test before full use. Apply behind the ear or neck and wait 24–72 hours to check for any sensitivity.
• Discontinue use if irritation such as redness,itching, or burning occurs.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product is not a part of our non-returnable items list (see below).

You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Request a Return
Email us at support@elor.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and we receive the product in acceptable condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
